Goodbye 2011. Hello 2012.

Today is the last day of 2011

and I am probably meant to be doing a post

that sums up the year that was for me.

Life, the family, the crafting, the ups and downs...

But, to top off a year when I have felt like I have been disorganised and forever crossing things off lists,

I am disorganised and have a New Year's Eve party "to do" list to deal with.

I have "a minute to win it" games to prep,

a pavlova in the oven;

I have a curry to make.

(Yep, 39 degrees and I am making meringue and curry.

Bless air conditioning)

On the up side, I am making water balloon pinatas

and need to decide on a cocktail

(lots of taste testing involved I am sure)

So I wish everyone a safe and happy end to their 2011.

I hope that 2012 is a good one.
