The Best Ever Roasted Artichoke Dip

Oh so naughty but oh, so very nice!

And oh, so easy-

1 tin of artichokes in brine, chopped
1 cup parmesan
1 cup S&W mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
pinch cayenne

Mix together and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

It really is one of those things that you ar better off eating when you didn't cook it...because then you don't know how much fat and salt is in there!

But boy, it tastes yummy...even if it does harden your arteries with each chew...
