Keeping the Faith.
This month my body decided to take a break for a couple of weeks.
I maintained my exercise program and reduced calorie intake
but my body (fat) refused to budge.
Damn depressing that!
Enough to drive you to the pantry for a quick binge of chocolate bickies.
But by the end of the month,
things were moving again
and I can happily announce 10 and 1/4 kilograms gone in the past 4 months.
All I want to do now is lose a few more kilograms to get to a healthy BMI
and then stabilise so I can sew myself a few nice fitted clothes.
(That zippered skirt I sewed a few months back can now be pulled over my hips without using the zip.
Happily annoyed about that one!)
